Armenian Forces Bombard Azerbaijan’s Second Largest City

As a result of an Armenian missile attack in Azerbaijan’s second largest city of Ganja, which is far off from the conflict zone, 9 people, including 4 women were killed, 40, including 16 women and 6 children were injured. Armenia hits a multi-apartment building in the center of Ganja on October 11, around 02 a.m midnight.

“Policy of vandalism and barbarism of Armenia against Azerbaijani civilian population continues,” Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Affairs Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev wrote in his Tweeted page.

“It is an act of genocide against Azerbaijani people we have witnessed since Khojaly genocide,” Hajiyev wrote.

Along with Ganja, several other cities such Mingachevir and Barda have been hit.

Armenia has brutally violated the humanitarian ceasefire agreement achieved by Foreign Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia in Moscow on October 10.
